Ramon Oliveira, better well-known as "Magnate" is a Puerto Rican born musician and reggaetonero. From a very early age he demonstrated interest in music and an innate vocal ability. Magnate made his musical debut in the 1998 production of "Warriors 2" with Valentino. After working on numerous projects, Magnate dropped his first album, "Rompiendo el Hielo," in 2002 on Vi Music. The second album, "Sin Limite," was released in 2004 which featured reggaeton greats Don Omar, Fiera Callada and Eliel Lind. Currently Magnate is promoting his new track "Disimulalo," produced by Luny Tunes, Los Benjamins. Most recently Magnate became the face of the new advertising campaign for the University System and is the first rapper to do so. Currently, Magnate is preparing for his solo debut "Progresivo" with Machete Music.
