POSTED July, 10 2009 ![]() I come back to the topic of Facebook and relationships A LOT. Only because it's so prevalent in our lives these days--you can find almost anything out about a person on social networking sites and see what's happening to them on a regular basis. But I think don't think that's helpful. It actually causes problems in dating.
POSTED May, 05 2009 ![]() Here’s Part 2 of my Christina Milian interview. Enjoy! Dear Sexy Siren, I just realized that a friend of mine (read: A guy I used to hook up with) unfriended me on Facebook and to be honest, I’m much more offended by it than I should be. Here’s the back story: Oh, young love. It must be so complicated to date in high school and college these days. There’s the pressure to have sex sooner, girls feel like they should dress trashy to get attention from guys, and Victoria’s Secret’s main demographic is girls who are about 16-24-years-old. No joke. Lately you’ve been wondering why your man is treating you different. Is he stressed out at work? Did you piss him off? The last 8 months together have been great, but ever since that party, something hasn’t felt right. Could it be…maybe he’s seeing someone behind your back? Quick! Now that he’s in the shower, the only obvious thing to do is to check the text messages on his phone, right? Wrong! Whatever you do, don't do that. Trust me, it won't make you feel better. |
