What’s the difference you ask? The biggest one is, well, you get to wear skateboarding shoes (Vans). A wakeskate is specifically modeled for your feet so you can handle it like a skateboard on water. Hence, tricks on a wakeskate are more balanced and precise than that of a wakeboard. Check out the visual example below.

Never ones to shy away from danger, the Adrenalina guys took a trip to Bali, Indonesia to visit one of the world’s active volcanoes—Krakatoa. Traveling to Bali is an adventure in itself yet it wouldn’t be called Adrenalina if they didn’t up the ante, right? If the Latiness of Krakatoa ever comes into question, just remember the volcano’s main island is called Rakata (word to Wisin y Yandel). In the video below, Pablo and Zalman hit the Indonesian waters to take snapshots of the volcano.

You gotta love Belkys. She has model looks but the adventurous heart of an extreme martial artist. In the clip below, Belkys attempts rock climbing for the first time. Even though she’s shrieking throughout it, she’s a champ and takes her bumps with a smile. She gets soaked (easy, fellas) by the Costa Rican waterfall and keeps on climbing. What a girl! With a little encouragement from Pablo, she gets through it.

Funniest Part: Belkys slips on rocks and laughs it off.

Who the freak needs Pilates when you have streetboarding? Save your high-priced exercise classes for the Jennifer Anistons of the world, the Adrenalina crew stays in shape with various exciting action sports. For example, in a recent trip to Pablo’s adopted hometown of San Diego the crew streetboarded through residential neighborhoods (for fun not exercise). Yet, after their streetboarding session they realized the great workout it truly is! Take that Ballys Total Fitness Membership which we pay but hardly go! Who’s laughing now? Umm…we digress.

Belkys Galvez is the hottest Honduran-American reality TV personality! Well, unless you count Carlos Mencia’s left earlobe—that meaty bastard is perfection. All joking aside if you’ve tuned into the new season of Adrenalina (which we hope you have), you’ll easily agree with us. Belkys’ bubbly attitude paired with her willingness to try anything will absolutely steal your heart.

Adrenalina co-host Pablo Lanatta is a lot of things. He’s a good son (see below). He’s a prankster (see here). He’s an extreme sports athlete (see here). He’s also a Latino with an alluring Argentinean accent. Right, ladies?

Saying goodbye to summer is never easy. Yet, when you’re snow tubing in Utah being in a bikini isn’t a thought at all. Our hosts grabbed a tube and hit the snow harder than a Floyd Mayweather, Jr. punch to the face.

In the first clip watch Belkys squealing like a little girl (oh joy!) and Pablo yelling, “Ay, bolludo!”

Ahhh…to travel the world and do crazy stuff. I pulled off a little globetrotting, adventure-seeking during my college days and loved every second (the highlight being a trip to the rural Gulf-side coast of Costa Rica, which included hikes, waterfall jumping, and drinking lots of Imperial). Now as an “adult” I live in New York City, get my “thrills” by sprinting across busy intersections to beat “No Walking” signs and my “world-traveling” consists of taking trips to Queens.

Like it fast and dirty? Got a hankering to tear up mountains and sand dunes with reckless abandon?  Then release your inner dirt biker. Adrenalina host Pablo Lanatta gives you the straight scoop on how to get off your butt and on a dirt bike.

SITV.COM: What’s the first tip you’d give to someone who wants to learn how to ride a dirt bike?
