Model Latina season 1 winner Jessica Caban and contestants Darlenis (below on left) and Leticia got red carpet treatment at Hennessey Latin Grammy pre-parties last week. I guess the early bird really does get the worm because our new Model Latina Codie Cabral was the first in line at San Diego auditions, as was our first season winner Jessica Caban. Watch our exclusive video of Codie as she transforms from aspiring model to high-end fashion catwalker.

When our Model Latinas aren't out there painting the town brown, they're shooting a &%#!load of music videos. Take Lisa Morales, the Cubana cutie who was booted off Model Latina Miami too soon in my opinion. She's the lead lady in Pitbull's Cheaters-inspired video "Hotel Room Service." Then there's the other prematurely kicked off model, Rebecca Hernandez.

It's a bird, it's a plane, it's Model Latina Season 1 winner Jessica Caban on the latest billboard for fine French cognac Rémy Martin. I was on my way to a Dia De Los Muertos event in East L.A. last night and caught sight of Jessica on a huge billboard in a red ruffle dress. She looks gorgeous! Jessica will grace billboards in North, South and Central America, as well as the Caribbean. Look out! 

Jorge Ramón and I have more things in common than I thought—he's just as in love with Rihanna's style as I am, indulges in fashion blogs (Style Rookie is one of his faves) and got his career started at magazines. The NYC-born/based boricua stylist, spokesperson and TV personality was the first male editor at Seventeen magazine.
