There are 2 things that have me excited about November…..

"American Gangster" the movie and "American Gangster" the concept album by Jay-Z.

You all have probably heard the first single off the C.D, Blue Magic produced by Pharell. I dont know what yall thought….but i was kind of dissapointed. the single was very lack luster. Now i know it was supposed to reflect the sound of older hip hop, but c'mon…that sound was beneath the standards of what Hova has set for himself. Regardless though….im curious about what the rest of the album will sound like.

Whad up ya'll, here's part one of interview I did with Kanye West @ 93.5KDAY. He answered quesrions about 50 cent, jay Z, and MTV. No matter how the media may portray him, this is one cool dude. you know what they say….there is a fine line between genuis and insanity lol.

I promised I was not going to go into the Britney/Lohan/Paris world, but I have to. Rumors are spreading regarding Britney Spears appearing at this Sunday's Primetime Emmy® Awards broadcast on FOX (8/7 CT). Guess what for? She will apologize for her unforgivable /unforgettable performance at the MTV Video Music Awards. In case you missed it, watch the video and let us know if Britney should even consider appearing on television until she cleans up her act and put herself together.

After all, it is her choice. But who cares? Well, FOX cares (really? of course, they live on that), NBC's Co-Chairman Ben Silverman does (I heard he liked Britney's performance at the VMAs) and the Academy does (if they allow this it wil be REALLY sad). Britney, I hope you don't do it and/or the network and the Academy change their mind.

P.S. CLEANING UP YOUR ACT means NO drugs, NO party, NO drinking, NO making a fool of yourself, NO showing your bald vagina to the world, and getting help. But help actually helps only when you want.

P.S. CARING means stop using others misfortunes, mistakes and crying for help to make money or get ratings. It is very low and unethical, only if you care.

I was watching the Fashion Rocks special and I was bit disappointed in the aspect of not showing as much the fashion part of the show. It was more about the music than fashion.  I love the artists that performed.  They all did a great job.  I was looking forward to seeing more fashion, a more balanced show.

One of my favorite performance in the show were an interpretation of “Its a man’s world” by Usher and Mary J. Blige singing “R-E-S-P-E-C-T”.  Click here for the video link:

I have mad respect for the performance of “Black Magic Woman” by Carlos Santana and Alicia Keys.  I love how they rock together.

The opening the act  of Aerosmith and Fergie was pretty cool. There were other cool performances by other artist Avril Lavigne, Maroon 5, Jennifer Lopez, Carrie Underwood, Ludacris, Martina Mcbride and Sean Lennon.

This year the VMA's were all hype! Normally I got to give it to MTV, they put on a great, over the top, entertainment filled show. So WTH happened this year?? the show was wayyyy too confusing at times, and even got a little boring. Britney was an obvious train wreck, the party rooms made no sense, Kanye should have performed….i could go on and on. The best part of the night was probably looking at Alcia Key's being a presenter. Not impressed this year MTV, come harder!
