Hey party people..This blog is simply my mind roaming off random nothings.

I’m sitting inside a tai food spot on Wilshire listening to some really good Daedelus music. If your not hip to this dude, then check him out. Perfect music to drive home after being dumped by some chick you met off of myspace and got denied. Anyways, as I sit I think about how time has this really weird way of separating us from our good friends.  A lot of my friends are now married or having kids, and that makes me feel a bit distant from them.  I realize I do not have much in common with new mothers who care more about breast feeding than Back to the Future playing at the Sunset 5 Theatre.  Ialso ponder on the thought of how im surrounded lately by artsy fartsys who champion minimalism beats/sound/art that can easily be created by 3 year old kids. Now don’t get me wrong, I can dig some simple loops and splash of paint onto a canvas, but wow.. Lately I’ve been also taking the long routes home after djing at the clubs.  I enjoy seeing the beauty of Friday night giving birth to Saturday morning, junkies roaming the streets like “Night of the Living Dead”, Trannies roaming the block looking for a sugar daddy, kids with spray cans tagging up crews/names/etc.  I  enjoy it.   Its life after the 9-5’ers hit the rack. Why is the guy starring at me from the table next to mine?

yo. i love myself so much that when i crack a joke, i wish i wasnt me, i wish i was the people around me so i can crack up to me..

sometimes when i sleep, i have these comedy filled dreams and no joke, i laugh hard as hell in my sleep.  dam i love me..

you all remember my post that got alot of rah-rah on here? about 25-30 year olds that dress like 15 year olds? remember? and the fashionistas got all butt hurt? and so i comprised and expressed my support of individual artistic expression etc.. well. at this moment im bloggin at a party. and there is this dude walking around with a tight ass polka dot sweater, a bandana, and a crooked ass mohawk. he looks like he is about 32.. and.. i want to re-up my sentiments.  straight up! if your over 25, please, put away the bandanas, loosen up the sweater, and loosen up the pants.. keep the dunks, im an advocate of those, but for real..

THIS IS WASHINGTON SCOOTER

There was a time when I had so much energy to be vocal against this White House, Cheney, The war in Iraq, and so fourth.  But with the latest in the Scooter Libby drama, I simply have no more energy nor any need to point out the injustices if this administration.  Its obvious and I seriously doubt you need me to throw examples of injustices that have been committed during this administration.  This is another example of this country headed into the wrong direction and setting a bad example to Americans and people around the world.

I currently have two brothers both serving time in prison for 7 years.  Im sure many of you have loved ones (fam, friends) in jail as well or might know someone. We do not get the Libby treatment.  How can this President sleep at night with the blood on his hands from Hurricane Katrina, Basra, Baghdad, Tikrit, and Afghanastan?   

Now im not anti-Bush. Ive been known to applaud him on a couple of things.  I think he has really tried to push immigration reform. However when it comes to election time,  he does a 180 and tries to build a wall between the U.S and Mexico.  I try to remain objective and not allow my feelings get the best of me but rather, this President has serously damaged what this country stands for.  Everything I believed about liberty for all, justice for all, and the right to pursue goals, has been wiped away.   As an adult you begin to learn that you must have a permit to march the streets, you must pay taxes, you must be this way, think this way. Now there is nothing wrong with that, but people! Wake up!  

We live in a state where we flush out what is affecting us!  We have MTV, FOX, CBS, CNN, Your polka dotted Fitteds that dont fit your head, Paril Hilton, "Whats hot", Mac's, Iphones, you baggy ass jeans with animal characters on them, Dunks, Real World, and all this stuff that creates blindspots in our heads to what is really going on!  Forget Paris Hilton, tell me about Darfur.  My apologies about being so passionate and possible coming off as a heated pundit. But I love my country, and believe that it can be all that I was taught it can be. 

I love to get crunk, I love my Sb Dunks, I am an avid watcher of CNN and NBC, I like to see whats going on in the fashin world,but think for youself! Get out the box. Be active! Voice out your views! Stand up. Create discussion, be informed. Because this administration has been seriously lubing its gigantic stick and placing it into the people's…. ummm.. You know where im getting at!
