You wanna know how it feels to be Michelle Rodriguez? Well now you can. According to People En Español the Puerto Rock/dominicana actress is gonna release her own fashion line called Ishkadada. It’s gonna be an ethnically diverse brand which is why Mitch is traveling aboard to get inspiration for designs.

Now how successful will this be, when the actress putting it out doesn’t have any fashion sense? Doesn’t she revel in her armpit smell and tomboyish and is Michele Rod. C’mon celebs when you dabble in things make sure you have some idea at what you’re doing. Maybe she should have taken up golf.

Congrats are in order to the Ugly Betty crew. They scored 11 freakin Emmy nods. America Ferrera got a nod for her starring role and the show itself is nominated in the Best Comedy series. Who would have thought a sitcom based on a Colombian telenovela would be embraced by mainstream America? Not me.

This is just another sign of Latinos becoming the norm in Hollyweird. We’re not being regulated to mainly stereotypes; we can actually carry a hit show. The Emmys will air on Fox on Sept. 16.

Last week Forbes released a list of Hollywood’s Sexiest Women aka women who make white collar old galletas go ape-shit. Using a Cali-based polling firm E-Poll Market Research it appears that Forbes men like their women brown and curvy. Usually I would say they have no business doing such a list; they’re not King. But when they picked Salma Hayek as their number one, well tis all good.

Jessica Alba was tied for number two with Carmen Electra (huh, is she still alive), Shakira at number four, Eva Longoria is tied at number five with Beyoncè and Halle Berry, Raquel Welch (gmilf people) tied at number nine. And my favorite after Salma: tied at number 12 is Jenny Lo and Alyssa Milano. If only they could change heads. Perfect woman.

Dream has a love/hate with bachata group Aventura. At first they came off like punks with their delicately trimmed eyebrows and blazers. Pero now with this joint “Mi Corazoncito” they hooked me.

Univision.com caught up with the quartet and asked them about “Infieles.” They said, “It’s a realist song. Everyone has been cheated on at least once in life. To those who haven’t experienced it, it’s because they haven’t noticed.” Real talk. Still, Romeo went out like a Puss in Boots in Don Omar’s “Ella y Yo” video but that’s another story. KOB!

Gossiping like a middle-aged Latina has paid off for one of our ilk. Perez Hilton, blog queen, is in talks with VH1 to bring his own brand of celebrity gossip to TV. The show is tentatively titled What Perez Says.

The music/reality TV cable network has ordered six hour-long episodes and are now just going over numbers with PH. Wonder how he long he can keep up his ishtalking until a celeb smacks him on his own show? Sounds like good TV to me.
