Salma Hayek's Email Account HackedPOSTED April, 24 2009 ![]() Someone hacked Salma Hayek's Apple MobileMe email account, on the eve of her lavish Venice wedding celebration, finding out that—brace yourself—she loves designer clothes, travels a lot, gets a lot of invitations and loves the iPhone application Shazam as much as we do. Oh and she's a follower of Ramtha, a supposed ancient warrior who has been doling out spiritual advice (mostly to gullible celebs) through some lady named J.Z. Knight (now a millionaire) since 1977. But she's admitted to that herself in interviews. No old sex videos with hot ex-boyfriend Josh Lucas, no revealing emails to a friend about how she's now has so much money that she shreds Euros to make pillows for her dog and bathes in caviar. Just some travel itineraries and alerts from assistants that Melanie Griffiths had called, that Balenciaga and Stella McCartney goodies were on the way, and that Charo (yes, that Charo) would not be eligible for a discount for an upcoming Ramtha retreat that the two were planning on taking. Guess Salma really is a boring, old married woman. Her email content is probably the kind of niña-decente shizz my mom would wish my email would contain if I was remotely famous and anyone gave enough of a crap to hack my account. The real news is how easy it was for the hacker to get into her stuff. All the hacker had to do was guess Salma's straightfoward user ID (shayek@mac.com) and then pretend to have forgotten the password, verify her identity by entering Salma's birthday (which anyone who can google knows is Sept. 2) and answer the least-secret secret question in the world: What is your favorite character? Frida, duh. Bet Salma's about to go PC. Meanwhile, here's a screen-grab of an evite she received to America Ferrera's recent 25th birthday party.
